If the motorcycle speedometer you receive has a functional malfunction (such as inaccurate speed display, no screen display, inability to connect, etc.) and cannot be resolved through repair, we will provide a return or exchange service.

Transportation Damage

If the product is damaged during transportation, rendering it unusable, you can apply for a return or exchange.

Not Meeting Order Requirements

If the product you receive does not match your order or is missing accessories, you can request a return or exchange.

Unused Products

If the product is unused and the packaging is intact, you can apply for a return within the specified return and exchange period.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable in the following situations
