Stage 1: Power down motorcycle completely for safe installation.
Stage 2: Locate original dashboard wiring and disconnect old panel.
Stage 3: Connect wires according to diagram (use insulating tape).
Stage 4: Test with ground and positive wires connected first.
Stage 5: Verify all indicator functions before final mounting.
Stage 6: Start motorcycle after installation to check synchronization.
Button Adjustment
◎ Speed: Maximum displayed vehicle speed is 199 km/h.
◎ Mileage: Total mileage (ODO) maximum display is 999,999 km.Trip mileage (TRIP) maximum display is 999.9 km.
◎ Oil Level: Displays 5 oil level bars, with one bar flashing when low.
◎ RPM: Maximum tachometer speed is 14,000 r/min.
◎ Indicator Lights: Left turn: Green；Right turn: Green；High beam: Blue；Neutral: Green；
◎ Battery: Yellow；ABS: Yellow；D gear: Green；R gear: Red.
◎ Gear Position: Displays 1–5 gear positions.
◎ Backlight: LCD backlight is white.
◎ Buttons: In total mileage mode, short press the button to switch between total and trip mileage.In trip mileage mode, long press the button to reset the trip mileage.In total mileage mode, long press the button to enter the settings mode. If no action is taken within 5 seconds, it exits back to total mileage mode.
Settings sequence:
Total mileage mode → Hour setting → Minute setting → Kilometer/mile setting → Fuel gauge setting → RPM setting → Red number adjustment → Wheel circumference hundreds place setting → Wheel circumference tens place setting → Wheel circumference ones place setting → Vehicle speed pulse setting → Total mileage mode.
◎ Note: The unit for wheel circumference is millimeters.
